SIGMAPro is fully part of advanced IoT solutions, one of the technological pillars on which Industry 4.0 develops. The "vision" is to provide to the companies in the sector with a "disruptive" tool to support management and maintenance of the parts of the automated process from industrial equipment The specific functions that the solution must be able to develop are:
- collect data in IoT mode from industrial equipment
- intelligently identify the type of problem / failure present on the device based on "big data" techniques
- identify the type of device and specific parts of its engine by means of the "Video-analysis"
- provide intelligent support to the operational phase of intervention using multimedia content (texts, videos and animations) in "Augmented Reality"
- allow you to simulate maintenance interventions using "Virtual Reality" techniques
- improve maintenance processes on the basis of "best practices" from the most experienced maintenance technicians
